  1. Do the shirts run true to size?


    Powches Apparel T-shirts are premium quality and constructed of 100% combed ringspun cotton and are very soft.  Ideally, this high quality fiber should be washed in cold and dried flat in order to maximize the life of the tee. Shrinkage will be nominal under these care instructions.  If you prefer a looser fitting t-shirt, then order one size up.

  2. How long will it take to get my order?


    Our standard practice to ship via United States Postal or UPS.  However, in certain instances, we may use another carrier. Our delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of carrier outages, bad weather or other unexpected carrier delays.

    Here's the deal on our three shipping methods:

    Standard Ground - orders arrive within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed.

    2nd Day Express - orders received by 1:00 CST (Monday - Friday) will ship the same business day and will be delivered 2 business days later.  Orders received after 1:00 CST will process on the next business day.

    Overnight Express - orders received by 1:00 CST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 CST will process on the next business day.

  3. Can I ship my order Internationally?


    We ship to the United States and Canada only. If ordering for another country, you may wish to ship the item to someone in the USA who will then forward the item for you. Shipments to Canada may be subject to Taxes, Tariffs and Duties and the recipient is responsible for all of these charges.

  4. I just placed my order and I have to change something. What do I do?


    Please call us immediately.  Do not send and email.  We strive for excellent customer service and as a result, if your order is placed between Monday and Friday, there is a good chance that it will begin processing shortly after you placed it online.  

    Our customer service number is 866-588-8000 and is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. CST thru 5:00 p.m. CST.

    If you placed your order on a weekend, then please send us an email and call customer service first thing Monday morning.

  5. There's a problem with an order I received. What do I do?


    Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  You may exchange or return your item for a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days of receiving it.
